I now realize there is a better way to do an annual goal setting session than my conventional idea of going to a local Starbucks or perhaps even a nearby resort (for me, it would HAVE to be the Salish Lodge.) The idea is to get out of your normal environment, (ok, so Starbucks IS my normal environment...) and be somewhere that inspires you - visually, through nature, or services, or people.
