Hi Lori,

I found your blog after my Vistage CEO Chair, Lorry Ruml, passed along a flyer about your upcoming presentation on Megatrends for Megabucks: Business Alliances that Grow Revenues. I look forward to seeing you there.

In response to the above list, it's interesting how many of these issues can be addressed directly by Promises. When we make and keep Promises, we build Trust. If there is Trust, we can build Relationships. If a Relationship based on Trust lasts long enough (Promises continually made and Kept), only then can we attain Loyalty.
