I am reading six books right now.... no wonder I'm not getting everything done. I find that toward the end of the year, when I am working on goals for the next year, and having some downtime during the holidays - it is hard to sit still so I humor myself with non-fiction business books and magazines.
If you've not read them, check out:
Fast Company Magazine - great Jan/Feb issue with Social Capitalist awards
Selling Power Magazine - the best ongoing sales conversation on Earth
What business books are you reading? On a scale of 1-5 (5 being GREAT), how do they rate? Inquiring minds want to know.
I liked the article in Fast company about saying no to walmart. walmart was forcing him to lower his prices more and more each year until he couldn't make a profit anymore. that's bad.

You might want to read the great new book on selling, Baseline Selling - How to Become a Sales Superstar by Using What You Already Know About the Game of Baseball. http://www.BaselineSelling.com. And if you send a proof of purchase to the author you get a complimentary Visual Pipeline. It's great!
