Great post. So many good suggestions. You can use their PDA to add goals to your task list. Once you have clarified your mission, vision and values, simply set some goals and enter them in your PDA. Then, strive to meet them.

You can also buy yourself time to focus on your priorities by scheduling an appointment with yourself for long term planning or anything else that is important but pushed aside for more urgent matters. Just enter a one hour calendar entry titled, "Focus" and write what you want to work on.

Let your PDA be your Partner in building a supportive environment!
